“Deep somewhere in my mind I always wanted and wished to work for a social cause. Whatever talent, skills, efficiency, time and money you have; use it for personal as well as social development. This never happened until I joined a Trust that runs an orphanage. That work experience showed me that there is lot that you can do for others (despite your busy schedule and daily errands). And doing so there is no favor/service that you are doing but rather you are getting immense sense of happiness; feeling that you are making a bit of a difference in somebody else’s life. I think this feeling can not be expressed; one has to feel it to realize it!”
While working with Sandeep Kolte on one of his projects for orphanage, I came across BeyondIntent and was very impressed with all the setup. In particular, I was impressed with all the members who are willingly working for a social cause. Work to spread power of education at all the levels of society!
Nilesh started working with BeyondIntent in Oct 2008. His work with BeyondIntent started as a part of Education Infrastructure Project for one of the orphanage.
