This will be totally dependent on availability of resources and funds. Also the most important aspect to consider would be the (budget) cost analysis of the project.

'Beyond Intent'’s goal is to finish the project. So the deadline may be extended based on its feasibility. At the same time 'Beyond Intent' will determine the root cause of such delay and take appropriate action to prevent its occurrence.

What is FCRA? Why do you need an NGO to have that?
FCRA clearance (Government of India Foreign Contribution Regulations Act of 1976) is an act to regulate the acceptance and utilization of foreign contribution by certain academic and voluntary organizations working in the important areas of national (Indian) life in a manner consistent with the values of the sovereign democratic republic of India, and for matters connected there with. We are working on projects in India and to send funds to support those projects, Government of India needs to know why the organization is receiving foreign funds, is it a legitimate organization and has it been registered with Indian government as NGO, and has provided supporting documents to establish documentary evidence that they will receive foreign funds? So, though 'Beyond Intent' does not need FCRA, it is a good idea for the beneficiary NGO to have it so that it can avoid future problems.
